It’s time for another Before & After.
A few years ago, I attended a photography workshop in Vancouver. Becker was the speaker, and one of the things he talked about, was showing your clients what they’re paying you for.
It’s not just a matter of going out and shooting for an hour. There’s plenty more involved. From consultation, to gear preparations, location scouting, image backup, proofing, ordering, packaging, and of course, image editing.
Editing is called many different things in this business: massaging, enhancing, retouching, fine-tuning, polishing
But the meaning is usually the same: Making your work stand out. It’s not about making bad images good, it’s about making good images better.
